YOGA AWARENESS DAY- YOGA FOR ALL

 Please understand what is Yoga means. Yoga is not a religion , it is an ancient  science that taught about our body, mind and soul. Yoga believed to be  originated in India, and now finally it  become a universally accepted "Best Preventive Technique for Maintaining our Body, Mind , and Soul".Those who practice Yoga every day their hormones, especially Serotonin ( Happiness Hormone )and Dopamine,  will be activated, that ultimately helps to keep our Body, Mind and Soul in perfect equilibrium so that we can prevent most of the illnesses.

Yoga help our body strong and fit healthy. It enhances our brain power, concentration and reduce all types of stresses . Stress is the major cause of most of the common illnesses.  I encourage everyone to practice Yoga irrespective of your faith or religion. Yoga is a way to bring peace and harmony to the entire world.

It is a good news for the entire world that the United Nations declared June 21st, 2015 as International Yoga Day . It is time for us, the World Yoga Community,to celebrate June 21, 2015 as a Freedom Day  for Yoga.Those who are interested in Yoga  can practice Yoga  at your own family environments.
